At The Lancaster Physiotherapy Clinic we are pleased to say that we have attained registration with all of the major insurance companies, including BUPA, AXA-PPP, Aviva and Pru-Health and WPA This has been achieved because of the extensive services, facilities and clinical experience that The Lancaster Physiotherapy Clinic has to offer its clients. 

Each year we will be reviewed to ensure that we still meet this criteria and that we are providing you, our clients, with the best possible care.

If you are insured, all we need is your Authorisation number and occasionally your membership number (dependant on the insurance company). Some insurance companies specify a certain number of sessions allowed under your policy so if this is the case it would be very useful to let the physiotherapist know this at the time of booking. We will bill most of the insurance companies electronically to ensure that your treatments are as seamless as possible.

In addition some insurance policies will require you to pay an excess prior to your cover starting. If this is the case you will be responsible for this and will have to pay for the sessions until the excess has been covered.
